Helping Small Businesses Lead and Grow with Confidence

Sales Manager Now was founded on a simple belief: small and family-run businesses deserve the same caliber of sales leadership as larger enterprises—but on terms that work for them. We provide fractional sales management that delivers structure, coaching, and results—without full-time overhead.

Our Story

After decades in sales and consulting, our founder Rene Zamora saw the same problem repeatedly: small business owners were doing everything right, but without dedicated sales leadership, they couldn’t sustain growth. So in 2006, he pioneered a new model— Fractional Sales Management—to bridge the gap.

What he observed was a fundamental dilemma: small businesses need professional sales leadership to grow, but the role isn’t challenging enough to attract the right talent—and full-time costs are often out of reach. Sales Manager Now was built to solve that.

Since then, we’ve worked with over 70 teams to provide part-time sales managers who lead from within, install proven systems, and help businesses grow through better leadership, not just more effort.

What We Believe

  • Sales teams thrive with clarity, structure, and consistent leadership.
  • Owners shouldn’t have to do it all—especially not alone
  • Good people perform better with good systems
  • Small teams can drive big impact.
  • Sales management doesn’t need to be full-time to be effective.
